modern-tiered-alabaster-wall-sconce
Modern Tiered Alabaster Wall Sconce

This modern wall sconce is cut from natural alabaster into two stacked, bowl-shaped tiers. The wider upper tier washes light up the wall, while the smaller lower tier sends a soft glow downward, so the fixture frames itself in light. The translucent stone diffuses the bulb evenly, and its natural tone and veining vary slightly from piece to piece, so each sconce has its own character.

The sconce measures 15 in wide, 6 in deep and 6 in high, a low, horizontal profile that suits hallways, stairways, bedrooms and living rooms. It works well as a single accent above a console or in pairs beside a bed or mirror. The smooth, organic form fits modern, minimalist, Mediterranean and transitional interiors and pairs well with plaster walls, oak, linen and warm neutral colors.

The sconce uses a G9 bulb, up to 40W, and a matching LED bulb is included. It is controlled by a wall switch, which is not included. The fixture is rated for 120V and is hardwired for indoor use in dry locations. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician. To clean, switch off the power and dust the alabaster with a soft, dry cloth, without water or cleaners.

Key Features

Two-tier cut alabaster design

Up and down wall wash

Translucent natural stone diffuser

Low, horizontal 15 in profile

LED bulb included

Details

Dimensions: 15 in W x 6 in D x 6 in H

Material: Natural alabaster

Bulb Base: G9, max 40W

Bulb: Matching LED bulb included

Control: Wall switch (not included)

Voltage: 120V

Installation: Hardwired; indoor, dry locations

Care: Dry cloth only
